Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Wilco. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Wilco application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

2. Use of the Service

  • You may use the App for your personal and professional flight operations.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

3. Free Access Threshold

  • The App is free to use with full functionality until you log 100 flight hours in your Wilco logbook.
  • During this free period, you receive the complete version of the App with no functional limitations.
  • Once your total logged hours in Wilco reach the applicable threshold, a subscription is required to continue adding new logbook entries and to access subscriber-only features. Existing data remains accessible.

4. Student & Education Program

  • If, during registration, you declare that you are a student flying General Aviation aircraft, the free full-access threshold is extended to 300 flight hours logged in Wilco.
  • Eligibility may be subject to verification (e.g., proof of enrollment or GA training). Wilco may revoke or deny eligibility in cases of inaccuracy or misuse.
  • The student threshold applies per user account and is non-transferable.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • After you reach the applicable free threshold (100h or 300h for eligible students), Wilco offers auto-renewable subscriptions to continue using the App without interruptions.
  • Subscription details, including duration and price, are displayed clearly in the App.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of confirmation.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device.
  • Unused portions of a free trial (if offered) will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

6. Data & Privacy

Your data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials available in the App are the property of Wilco or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.

8. Updates & Availability

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for any errors in data (including weather or airport information) or for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable European Union law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland.
